At RawJoi, we take pride in providing quality hair while making sure your order arrives beautifully and securely.

Processing & shipping times vary by texture and collection. Certain textures may ship directly from our hair source and typically arrive within 3–5 days.

For all other orders, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and shipping.

Your specific shipping timeframe will always be listed in the product description, so please review the details of your desired hair before placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Because our hair is a personal-use and hygienic product, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before your order has been processed or shipped. Approved cancellations may be eligible for a refund.

Once hair has been shipped, received, opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, brushed, or otherwise tampered with, it is not eligible for a return or refund.

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived with an issue, please contact RawJoi as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

All refund, cancellation, and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and RawJoi reserves the right to approve or deny requests at our discretion.
